Octopus and monster

There has been a bit of a baby boom in my little circle of friends and colleagues so this has caused a crochet octobaby boom. Here is yet another octopus with a little monster friend for baby's big brother. This has actually been a repeat performance as I made a matching pair for mum's twin sister!

It’s lovely to be able to sit outside in the back garden with a coffee and some crochet listening to the birds and enjoying the peace before the day gets going. We have worked and waited so long in our barn conversion journey that I hope I neve

New lawn……..the back garden is taking shape. It’s a blank canvas ready for some soft planting and it will be a great space for the little (and big) children to play when the turf has settled 🚴🛴🛝⚽️

We woke to a snowy surprise this morning so of course we went out onto the field for some sledging fun. Or in our case we use some old beach body boards 😀🏄&zwj;♀️🛷

A truly stunning day at Stanage Edge yesterday. Even though it’s only a 50min drive from White Heather Barn we had a birthday overnight stay at the Plough Inn at Hathersage with a relaxing beer and evening meal and the following day a beautiful
